Phase 1
Onboarding & Homework
We set up a project dashboard in our PM tool and invite you to join. Here, we gather all your brand assets, copy, photography and everything we need for the website. This is also where communication about the project happens. Once we have all of the assets and information from you we can book the project into our schedule.

Phase 1
Strategy & Sitemap
If not already held, we schedule in our strategy session. This is where we strategise on the vibe and aesthetic of the site and map out every aspect of the website which then becomes our scope of work. We confirm our quote for the project at this stage, too.

Phase 2
Stylescape
We come up with an overall aesthetic and gain feedback and approval from you before moving forwards with the design of the funnel as a whole.

Phase 2
Page Design
We always start with the home page. This is the longest piece to design as once it's approved we use assets from here across the rest of the website. It's also the most important page and helps to determine how long visitors stay on your site. Once approved, we move onto the other pages of the site.

Phase 3
Build/Development
Once all the pages are approved we then build out the website on the platform we're working on. Currently, we work on WordPress (using page builders), Kajabi and Framer (our new favourite platform and where this site is built).

Phase 4
Integrations
We connect the site to your email marketing platform/CRM, course areas, forms or any other additional integrations as discussed and agreed upon within the strategy session.

Testing & Launch
We test the site, and ask you do to the same, make any final tweaks and ensure everything is running smoothly before pushing the site live.
